Keepin' on keepin' on

63 minutes on the recumbent bike tonight.  Having TV to watch at the gym makes the time pass faster if I can find something worth watching.  Since I work out late I don't generally have to fight for control of the TV in front of the cardio stations.  It does keep getting easier.  But at about 55 minutes I was out of steam, though I pushed on to finish out my program.
