Weekend damage revisited

Looks like I am now only up 2lbs from last weekend.  I obviously don't live & die by the scale, so I'm not sweating it either way.

Hit it hard at the gym last night, and then again tonight.  Did 33 minutes of recumbent tonight and 45+ last night.  Got after it with the weights tonight, moving up in weight on all my lifts.  Still not pushing big iron, but did bench 155lbs 3x10 and it went pretty smooth.  No idea how quickly I will gain strength at this age.  A decade ago I jumped up to 245lbs on bench in just a couple of months of lifting.  We'll see if I still have enough testosterone and dedication to get strong that quickly.
