Ate like crap this weekend. Cracker Barrel being the #1 offense to my diet. I did have fish...but also had 2 mac & cheese! BTW, I don't recommend the fish - Walleye at least. But I also had wings, pizza, Hardee's for breakfast - and if you know anything about Hardee's you know that's about 1200 calories there alone (Hardee's = Carl's Jr.). So I was actually pleased to step on the scale tonight & not have gained back any weight. I did some grocery shopping tonight & will eat healthier the next few days to atone for my crazy weekend.
For the record, I didn't have the Monster Biscuit pictured above. I did at least resist that...
